The Hawk Truck transports the Iowa Hawkeye football equipment to all away and bowl games.  Mike joined with his good friend Ed Huff, from Hawkeye Moving and Storage, in Iowa City, IA in 1988, when he purchased a new Hawkeye Tractor to match Ed’s trailer. Since that time Mike has been to 14 Bowl Games and all of the away and home games. During the home games, the Hawkeye Truck and Trailer are on display in Iowa Cityfor the enjoyment of the Hawkeye fans. During the off-season, TanTara uses the combination to participate in various local parades, truck shows, and even in fundraisers. Some of the beneficiaries are “Freezing for Food” and “Toy Time”. During the Iowa Spring Game, it is used to collect donations of canned goods for a local food drive
